Sgorr Ruadh

Haven't been out on the hills for a while, in fact, looking at my hill log, it was October 22 last year when I was last out. With the forecast looking good for Tuesday I got up nice and early to what looked like a promising day.
I drove over to Achnashellach to find 5 other cars already parked up, with occupants in various states of getting ready. A few hellos while I grabbed my pack and I was off. Up past the station to Corie Lair. I decided to walk in, up to the pass at the top of Coire Lair and then climb Sgorr Ruadh from there. Up a fairly steep bit to the plateu and then up the ridge to the cairn.
The views from here were magnificent all around. From here a walk down towards Fuar Tholl and then followed the path out and across the River Lair and back down to the car park.

Heres a few pictures, hope you like them

Enjoyed the report and pics. The Coulin Forest is a favourite place of mine, I've explored the area lots.

From JBD364. Has anybody used a bike to get from Achnashellach Station to the col between Sgorr Ruadh and Beinn Liath Mhor? How feasible would it be? Thanks
