Ben Venue from Loch Ard

Just a few random snaps from a Boxing Day trip. Might not be a Munro but plenty of walking in this one, and navigation would be tricky at the top in poor conditions.
A bit claggy during most of the walk, but milder than the pics suggest. Some heavy snow came down while we were descending and am very glad we were not caught up in that higher up.
Strange thing was we did not see another soul out on the hills that day. Apart from the goats that is...
Mountain Goats (?) on the lower slopes
Crossing the metal "bridge" just before the 'big stile'
Looking back towards Loch Ard
Long haul up towards the 'small stile'
Heading into the last section
Looking down towards the Loch Achray route
In a rare clear moment, with summit in background
On the summit
Starting the descent
View to Loch Katrine
Snowing on the final descent
