well the day started promising with sun glasses on ploughing through knee deep new snow but once we were on the top we were suddenly plunged into whiteout and for the rest of the day it was map and compass, pacing, goggles on very slow going as we took each step trying to make sure we weren't about to go over the edge.It was such a thick whiteout we spent most of the time praying to see a rock sticking out (of which there very very few) and feeling as if we were floating. a great day but a bit of an epic descent
