My favourite hill of the Pentlands, perhaps not the best actual walk(boggy underfoot) but it does give you great views of the 'Five Peaks' which you'll only get from Black Hill! It's also so much quieter than the rest of the main Pentland bunch! I walked this from Flotterstone, up Turnhouse, down past the reservoir, over Bells then up Black Hill.

A good challenging walk is starting at Flotterstone and doing the Five Peaks, then back over them again (I find the road by the reservoirs fairly boring)
