Plan A was walk up Gleann Cia-aig and try and cross the river to head up the ridge to Glas Bheinn but a couple of walkers informed us there was no route up due to fallen trees, so we then returned to the car to drive along to Achnasaul and start the walk from there. We took the path but left it just after the bridge to make our way across to the ridge and followed it to the summit. Had a few stops on way up including a lunch stop. We also had a wee snack in the shelter at the summit and a wee mess about in the shelter before retruning south then west to pick the path back to the start.
