Oh you got far better weather than my midsummer camp :) What a nice evening you had!.. Maybe I'll keep in mind for next year, cheers :D

Lovely little escape from reality 8) . This must have been on Thursday night - was staying down at Loch Leven on Friday night and everything turned to pish at about 11pm, and didn't let up for 12 hours.

Haha - indeed milky it was a few days after the 21st/22nd! The one good day around the solstice :lol:

Stunning images. Did you do some time-lapse photography for some of the sunset/sunrise videos?

I like the symmetry of the film - the same beginning and ending!

I love your reports and particularly the videos. They have an almost mystical quality to them - definitely inspirational. Keep them coming :D

Brilliant video. Good to see a microadventure from Edinburgh reach Glencoe. I need to try a more distant one next, makes the Pentlands look tame!

Actually from Perth but was in Edinburgh before shooting north to Glencoe. Usually take just over 1.5hr from Perth to Glencoe traffic depending.

I often drive round the Edinburgh bypass , right under the Pentlands but have never ever visited - need to go there some time too :)
