Taking part in the Clydestride Ultra Marathon (only as part of a ladies relay team) on Saturday should have meant a lazy Sunday for Garry (he was in the gents team) and I. However when we wakened on Sunday morning we were still buzzing from the race so off we set for Bridge of Orchy. Very straightforward walk with nil of note concerning the A/E ridge onto Stob Ghabhar, although maybe a different story in icy conditions but it does only narrow for 20 feet - not quite like its big sister up the road

Lovely to bump into a previous walking companion- Jim, the Birdman of Alligin and his even lovelier companion Jen. Despite it being 6 months since I walked with him, he seems to have remembered that I was a bit cheeky

A fabbie day out with my poor long suffering husband, rounded off with fish and chips at the Inverbeg Inn- cheers Gaz XXXX
