good to see you taking advantage of the good weather.

Many thanks :D I hope you have enjoyed some more climbing trips as well!!

Rudolph wrote:Another well done from me ML. Sorry to be so late adding this but I was kn"£**!ed after our three night effort and reading your report cost me another 2 days of recovery. No way we could have done it in only one night - and the extra water and food we had to carry made us even slower.
It's a pity we missed each other with you being so close behind.
Mountainlove wrote:you just have to keep on walking (my mantra when things get tough)

As compared to our " Just stop and put the tent up". Oh to be young again

Many thanks and good effort on your behalf as well    and there is nothing wrong with just putting a tent up (what would one give for a cold pint after the tent is up!) My feet were rather sore as well afterwards  I guess you can train for your muscles, but feet seem to have a mind of themselfs :? :D

Many thanks...but what do you mean with

BTW how did you escape the BBhouse?

(might be having a 'blond' moment) 8)

What a brilliant report, my favourite hills in all the world but doing the south side in one day was my limit!!!
This year I did my own first solo wild camp trip, your reports are an inspiration!

Many thanks :D and well done to you for doing your first solo wild camp...there is something magic about it isn't it? The ones high in the mountains are best, but camping wild next to the car is also great (and far easier) :D
