This was a long day for the old man,but all credit to Alan he put up with me holding him back and moaning now and again, think even my dogs kept clear of me that day.
This walk starts at Invervar through a large gate where you follow the wee burn through the trees, then climd W then N to our 1st top of the day, already had sun, rain, now head NNE where you can skirt the W slopes of An Sgor to the next top,now had sun, rain, wind, snow, next follow fence line to Meall a" Bharr (not a muro) then E and then SE to 3 rd munro of the day,low cloud ,snow, making navigation hard now ,and then we meet the trumpet who tags onto our coat tails for the rest of the day, just close enough to see us but not to talk to us,apart from when we reach or last top for the day and then wont get out of the way and ends up in our photos
Get a wee bit lost again wheh we come of last summit, but not for long as we soon descend below cloud line, and fairly easy slopes to pick up the track at the glen and back to the car
