Went out with some folk from the Granite City Hillwalkers (Brain, Alasdair, Peter, Ken & Kay). Looks like it will be the first of many.

As predicted it was a dreich day and didn’t improve as the forecast suggested. The was absolutly no wind so the cloud just hung about all day. The Loch was mirror like, just a shame that it reflected so much cloud. It was so low we didn’t go up any hills, just went to the stables near the head of the Glen and came back the way we came. But the route to the Falls of Unich and the Fall of Damff looked great so it won’t be too long before I’m back this was.

In a word: dreich.
