still very new to the walking now done 20 munros in 11 weeks and eally got the bug ,
cant believe has taken me to the age of 39 to start but loving it .
also found the wind yesterday as strong as we have walked in which actually made the walk more enjoyable.
my freinds daughter laura wasnt to happy with it tho.lol
just sighned up to walkthehighlands and hoipefully get some great tips and advice

Well done,

Those 3 do feel a bit like cheating but they all count.

The bug is unreal, this is my 1st weekend off from them in about 6, shame as the weather's been not bad this weekend.

Hi there bigal1231273, get a cracking and get your 20 munros as blue balloons on your munro map, then you will see your progress :D . Glad to see your enjoying the hills, better up in the fresh air than going to the gym any day :D It's nice to add three at a time, when there easy like that.

alan, just click on munros, then at the bottom left column, click on munro map, a map will come up showing all the munros with red balloons, click on the red balloon of the munros you have climbed and you will see a box with the words you have NOT climbed this munro, click on box and the words should change to you have climbed this munro, and take it from there, ok, have fun, all the best, Rod :D

You have caught the bug! I am always looking for new hills to walk but not quite got to the munros properly yet. I have done one at the end of last year and hoping to get another few soon, funnily enough the three you mention are next on my list as a bit of an easier way to get my count up!

Hi Bigal

Don't know if you read my walk report on the Glenshee 9 but there's very little ascent/descent to complete the 6, just a lot of walking  It's a case of once you're up, you're up, When I did that side I started at Glas Maol and made my way from there to descend via Carn an Turic but it would be easy enough to walk back and descend via Glas Maol
