Dougie drove up in his new Duster with myself and Jim as passangers. We parked at the ski centre and left the car at 11:30 heading north down the road to the old bridge on the A93 walking the circuit in clockwise direction. It was a very windy day with 50% chance of cloud free munros. A heavy shower caught us on the ascent of Carn a Tuirc necessitating the need for waterproofs which were worn most of the day as windproof as well as waterproof. Most of the summits were cloud free with the exception of Cairn of Claise thus navigation not too difficult. Seven hours of meandering over all six summits and a walk back up to the ski centre from the Devils Elbow car park left us tired but satisfied after a very worthwhile day.
