Route description: The Loch Mullardoch Munros

Munros included on this walk: An Riabhachan, An Socach (Mullardoch), Càrn nan Gobhar (Loch Mullardoch), Sgùrr na Lapaich

Date walked: 10/08/2013

Time taken: 11 hours

Distance: 29 km

Ascent: 1850m

Having only done this circuit a few weeks ago I'm glad to see other walkers enjoying it, too :D :D We took almost 13 hrs to do it, but the heat was enormous... And there is nowhere to refill your bottles once on the ridge. I guess the conditions you had were better (even if you missed some of the views in the mist).
The tractor in the first photo is still parked in the same position :lol: :lol: :lol:

Thanks BP :D Yeah I can imagine it would tough going in that heat ,it was tough enough :lol: If I do these again will def be chartering the boat :)

Good stuff that's a long walk with a lot of up and doon. As you know i took the boat and still found it a hard days walking. Good effort :D

Nice one, soapy - that looked like a great trip despite the claggy bits. :thumbup: The walkout sounded tough going though but worth it for the end result- cheers :)

Cheers guys :thumbup: Yeah it sure was tough but I do enjoy an epic :) I did all the Fannichs in a day last month and this was just about as tough. Definitely hills i'd return to do again , although will be using the boat next time :D
