Set off from Glenmore Lodge, leaving them just after the split in the track for Braemar. We now set off on foot, walking as far as the split for Bynack More with 5 gents who were walking to Linn of Dee. We were soon on the summit of Bynack More after leaving the main path. Carried on to the small Barns where we had lunch before we headed down for a look at the big Barns. I showed Kim the Corbett that we would be doing next from our lunch spot and she couldn't quite believe if i was messing with her or not as it was so close and looked so small dwarfed against the Munro we were on. It makes good sense to climb this along with Bynack More if you plan to climb the Corbetts as well. After visiting the big Barns we walked along to the first of the crags before dropping down steeply to cross the path below. It was now an easy walk to Creag Mhor. An easier descent off Bynack would have bee to continue past the second crags as it looked less steep from that side or even to have dropped down from the big Barns as it did not look too steep from there. We had another wee break at the summit of Creag Mhor before making our way back down to the path and returning to collect the bikes. We stopped off at the Lochan on our way back. https://plus.google.com/photos/110051255472035874897/photo/5913005468158557586
