But when folk like you do it and get such glorious pics it plants the niggling thought that this is the best time to go - and after doing it once I'm reluctantly forced to agree. :lol:

great report, really enjoyed the pics but more so the journey story.

personally i always really really regret not 'bagging' beinn mheadoin when doing the round of cairn a mhaim/macdui/derry, but when i see your fabulous pics maybe its not so bad to have a reason to go back!

Thanks RL. Don't regret not bagging BM along with the others as it's so worth doing on its own and savouring Lochs Avon and Etchachan on the way. :D

Beautiful scenery, always good to get lovely blue skies. Nice to see your two dogs too!
