Don't know if this qualifies as a much of a hill but it makes for a pleasant and varied walk. The bottom third goes from woodland up a well mown grassy lane with fields either side. The route to the top then changes direction slightly and heads through a gate and onto bunny territory with a smooth bunny nibbled and bunny hole ridden steeper slope with a path weeving through the whins and incorporating some of the burrow entrances as steps. The flattish summit area is more overgrown and bounded by outlines of ancient fort wall remnants with the remains of a 13th century castle wall at the west end. The views all around are fine with Bennachie and Tap o' Noth prominent.
