I think that for an average mountain plodder of my ilk this monster and it's neighbour Am Basteir with the third tagged on is a hair raising experience without an experienced climber to show you the ropes, so enter George Yeomans, Skye Guide, calm , mild mannered and totally able who made for a great and wholy succesful day. George is very tuned in to his clients. Beware of small, Midlothian radges possessed of a desire to show you who's mega fit and with a major chip on his shoulder. Not good. Don't get me wrong, the guy is a great climber but campers, that aint enough in the guiding game. I employed both guys...

So, get a good guide for an unforgettable one ....good Karma guaranteed...
