Lovely Autumn day for Carn a Chlamain

A lovely warm Autumn walk to Carn a Chlamain. One of those times where the MWIS forecast was completely wrong and for the better The long flat walk in and out was a bit of a killer, must invest in a bike rack! But the sight of Beinn a Ghlo on the right hand side brought back some great memories
When I first saw Carn a Chlamain, I thought it would be quite a steep bit to finish off, but looks can be deceiving and I was at very pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to reach the top. We decided to come off the busy gamekeeper track(Landrover was up and down like a yo-yo) at Glac a Bhuic Eairb where there was a single path straight to the summit. Some cracking views at the top, and when time to go back down, it was the direct route following Allt Carn a Chlamain until picking up the other track. A great sunny day out in October
Start of route just after leaving Glen Tilt car park
