Thanks for that Gill, some good idea's there, I'll look at the meet up forum it'll be good to meet up with others. We're spending two weeks in that general area next summer so opportunity's there I hope.

Mrs Santa no paticular recipe just oats, syrup, butter, mixed nuts, golden linseed and white bean conneli or something. Will change it a bit some coffee and leave chocolate off the top.
