Some fine photographs there mountainboy12! :) looks a cold but great day for walking the hills on the narrowest ridge of the Cairngorms. Now for the rest, or maybe save them for the longer Summer days! :) Thanks for posting.

Well done, good on you, just checked your Munro map. Your fairly knocking them off. Must get my Grandson up some of the ones North of Braemar, maybe next year, as he stays down South, not like you, just down the road

Looks like most of the snow has now disappeared!

Excellent pictures, I used to frequent those parts, nice to see them again. Looks like you and your faithful hound had a great day.

Hey mountain boy, just looking through your fine photos again, like the one with you and the dog on the summit, but note that your ice axe is sticking up out of your bag. Is there any way of turning it so the axe part is at the bottom of your rucksack, less wobble and safer! Just a thought :) I feed mine through the loop at the bottom and tun it up so the point sticks up and fasten it with another fixing further up the shaft. Give it a try and see if it works for you :)

I'm doing the same, feed it through, turn it twice, then invert it back up onto the pack. The double loop means it can't slide out.
