great day out on snowy and icy ben ime at last when we reached the top we had 360deg views, could even manage to see the AILSA CRAIG ROCK, not often u get these views ,a little bit tricky going up after 600mt due to the ice and snow. tried out new flask no need to panic as my tea was nice and hot,no more cold drinks on cold hill tops.the cobbler looked very inviting to climb but not enough daylight, will be back next year to complete ben vane ,and ben narnain, peterd.
