An Early Run Over Macleod's Tables from Glendale

Staying in Glendale for a week, and always wanted to do the Tables. So with the forecast for the morning good, it was an early start at first light from Fasach along the old track to start with and then over very rough open ground.
Terrain really started to get tough from this point on. Only eased on the slopes of Macleod's Table North (Healabhal Mhor) where it becomes a big grassy and very steep bank!
Eventually reached the top, which was surprisingly boggy, but the views were absolutely stunning.
Descended almost due South and picked up one of the shelves of Beinn na h-Uamha to get to the foot of Macleod's Table South (Healabhal Bheag), before another steep ascent to the flat summit.
Then it was time to head down. Tried to take a line directly to Orbost, but there were all sorts of paths that seemed to taper out to nothing, so ended up a mix of path and cross country and eventually met the road near Orbost itself. After that it was a long run on the tarmac along Loch Dunvegan and back over the pass to Glendale.
