Cycled about 10km from Camas-luinie to footpath for Falls of Glomach, then did A' Ghlas-bheinn first, then Sgurr Gaorsaic, then the cycle back. Managed to fall, break a pole, punch myself in the face and end up with more water in my boots than in the rivers I crossed!!!
