Beat me to being first for this Hans!! Did these Munros in November 2006 and an excellent day it was. The route up to Ben Vorlich is fairly straightforward and excellent views open up towards the Lawers group & Ben More and Stob Bennein. Once on the summit, you get an excellent view of the scrambling to come on the north side of Stuc a'Chroin. Large boulder field and lots of 'hands-on' which would be tricky in the wet. Good fun though. It's not advisable or necessary to descend this way as there is a path that leads off to the NW. Recommended.

Did this a few years back on one of the warmest days of the year. It was that warm, the views were hazy, was amazed that Stuc still had snow on top. Struggled all the way to the top to bag my first munro. We were supposed to climb Stuc a'Chroin too but there was no way i could have managed it :D
