Tap o' Noth

Had an enjoyable walk up Tap o' Noth today. Not much wind so it seemed a lot milder than the forecast temperature of 3 Celcius. Fine views of The Buck and Bennachie. My fourth hill fort of December.

Tap o' Noth path is excellent. As far as I know The Buck is a bit boggy to the north.

My back/leg/feet problems are slowly improving. Probably shouldn't be walking up any hills at all though but I've been pretty cautious and no bad reactions. Managed to walk five miles a day as part of my daily work commute which I think is good exercise. Might not manage that when the snow comes.

Well I think a spaniel makes a great hillwalking companion.
