Schiehallion

Did this today. Great views, but didn't much enjoy the boulder field particularly as we took slightly the wrong line up to the summit where the boulders were bigger. The route down was obvious once we had got to the top :(

Good views of glen lyon, could possibly need crampons in the winter, or alternatively have a sore bottom all the way down. :D it is fortunate to be situated in one of the nicer parts of Scotland.

That would depend on your viewpoint I guess... certainly not one of my fav. but then I prefer wild and remote - or as my wife tends to put is when I'm at my happiest "good grief it's desolate here - there's nothing to see"!

The great rivers and lochs, and steep wooded glens under the orderly ranks of hills are picturesque tho', but way too many people around for me.
