Following on from my longer than anticipated trip up Dumglow, the plan was to romp up Benarty Hill. The weather was still excellent, found the parking area fairly easily & as previous reports stated, parking is very limited, with very considerate parking maybe 6 cars. There were a couple of cars already parked in poll position, so I had to park across the road, only when I opened the drivers door did I realise I was parked right next to a large puddle :( So I made the executive decision to exit the car via the passengers door.

Excellent path, which rises fairly steeply & has lots of wooden steps to prevent erosion.

Loch Leven & a few extra large puddles

Bishop Hill which was to be my next hill, but that will have to wait for later on in the week

St Serfs Island

A very pleasant easy stroll with cracking views of West Fife & Kinross.

Bet that made up for Dumglow, easy underfoot conditions and good views from the summit. Nice photographs by the way :)
