Fantastically clear day so headed off up the Old Kilpatrick Hills to Duncolm Hill, 1315ft. Great wee walk with a nice incline after about 20 minutes into the walk. Views are gorgeous so dont forget your camera. The loch was completely frozen over. Couldnt believe we were not even an hours walk from the Erskine Bridge and it felt like we were in the wilderness! Path was a little boggy after rounding the reservoir but was better further round when the scenery picked up a little. Lots of snow so was a good wee challenge. From the top of Duncolm Hill we could see, the Campsies, Loch Lomond, Conic Hill, Ben Lomond etc.
