Finally attained enough motivation to get out and about and see how much damaged 7 weeks of 7 day 10 hour+ working had done, wish I had a pound for every key stroke made.

Damp, drear and low cloud but no wind, first time for weeks, Just a short walk to blow out the lungs and stretch the tendons.

Conclusion - feels like I have set myself back at least a year
