Another hill fitness training day, this time in the ochils!

A loop from Tillicoultry taking in kings seat (1hr) Tarmangie Hill (1hr 30mins) Andrew Gannel Hill (2hrs 15mins) Ben Cleuch (2hrs 45mins) and the Law (3hrs) getting back to the car in 3hrs 27mins - route here (

Not a bad time and was moving pretty quickly but I am paying for it now as I lie in bed writing up this report!

Good conditions but a bit blowy on the tops - helped keen me cool though!

Really enjoyed this day out!
