This is a nice walk and starting at ~400 metres makes it much easier. We were lucky in that it was a gorgeous day so the boggy ground was not of any concern. We spent a lot of time wandering about at taking pictures. We followed the path at the first small cairn beside the road, there is a second path a wee bit further along which made for a nice descent.
