This was a three day trip, two of which were spent on the walk in and out. The first day was a boat ride up to the end of loch Nevis with great views of sky and the cullin ridge.

We were dropped off just short of the private jetty and this meant a walk of only a couple of miles round to Sourlies bothy across a very boggy out flow of the carnach river into the loch. We all used our tents as the ground is good and not wanting to get exspensive gear eaten by the famous sourlies bothy mice who were in evidence on all the gear that is left in there!!
Day two, we headed straight up the ridge behind the bothy to the little lochan and then up druim a ghoirtein ridge

when we got to the final summit pyramid we did a bag drop and just went straight up to the summit, this was a fair old slog up but as with all mountains in this sort of weather well worth it. We dropped back down and brewed up ready for the assualt over the col to chioch mhor all the hard work is done in the morning so its a quick climb to gain the summit

and its and easy walk over to the third summit just following the estate boundry wall with a drop down to the col, bealach coire nan gall, and back up to sgurr nan coireachan again we did bag drop and it only took 45 mins up and down from here. The walk out was hard over rought and boggy ground on tired legs but the glorious isolation in the glen is fantastic(we dropped down to glendessary and followed it back to sourlies)
Day three, was a walk out over the pass mam medial to inverie where we were booked into a b&b and had our tea in the old forge pub britains most remote pub

interesting way to approach these hills - hard going at times but great area for walking - cheers
