This is just brilliant, one of if not the best report i've ever read. I just knew you were never going to do Slioch the conventional way. I may have bumped into on your travels but chose different walks while you were on the Corbetts and Graham as i was considering doing them but opted for other ones instead. The red sky was a stunning evening and even better looking from your high viewpoint. Looking forward to reading about more of your epic trips in future and congratulations on compleating after all those years

Congratulations on compleating the Munros

I read nearly all your reports and "followed" you all the way round, and I really enjoyed looking at all the lovely photos you posted. These last ones are just wonderful and I will be looking at them again over the coming winter.

I also note your supportive comments to those of us who do shorter walks, so thanks for that and all the very best in the future, I hope you keep posting on the site. (Morag x)

Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant!

You've really got this wild camping business down to a fine art now - and this from a man who not that long ago wouldn't have entertained the idea!

Many congratulations on your completion. This is only just the beginning of the next chapter! :D

Congratulations on your compleation! It looks like you got great weather for it too. I've been toying with the idea of wild camping for the sunrises and sunsets (Jupe1407 will never believe what I'm saying) but after seeing your photos, I really want to!

Well done again!

Such a cool way to finish. A class apart sir.
I think you may well start a trend for grand finales for other finishers.
Nice to see the views I missed on Slioch...

Many thanks to everyone for your comments - they're very much appreciated :D

It was also good meeting some of you along the way - hopefully meet more of you in future :)

malky - thanks - just wanted to say that I had a look at your WRs in this area when planning this route and found them very helpful  - cheers :)
