The heat wave of '95 saw our small group head up to Stob Coire nan Lochan for a midsummer bivvy. Three of our party being French choir singers led to a fantastic impromptu sing song in the lost valley at the start, before a long, hot haul of sleeping bags onto the top.
It was so hot that we gave up carrying water and decided instead to gather summit snow for our cooking and ablutions. A good decision! Wonderful memories.

I suppose memories can take on a rosy tint over time but definitely a day, night and morning that stand out for me.
