Enjoyed this one a lot. An easy to follow route with mostly good paths throughout. The path is lost briefly on the way across the field towards Meall Greigh but is easily seen on the side of the hillside and a straight forward climb to the 1st summit of the day, rewarding the effort with some great views and a clear view of the 2 Munros to follow.

Once the views open up the track continues on to Meall Garbh and a steady steep climb to the summit, where we stopped for lunch and some excellent views across to Ranoch Moor and Glencoe.

The imposing last Munro An Stuc weighed heavy on the mind as it looked steep and imposing from our lunch spot. The track is seen weaving its way up the steep side of the Munro.

We cracked on and quickly started the climb to the summit. The route is easily followed but very steep with a bit of scrambling required before the summit quickly appears. Views include the impressive Ben Lawers as well as several other Munros in the area.

The walk down An stuc is easy to see and follow. It is possible to continue onto Ben Lawers and the rest of the Lawers Munros. We opted to head down off the bealach following a track that is at first very obvious but is lost the nearer you get to the waterfall. We made our onw way down from the waterfall but the going is very steep and pathless.

Once down at the Loch side a path is picked up again and easily followed back to the main road. All in all a great day in the hills. :)
