A record-breaking month.... with over 160 walk reports, many of them superb, so thank you all. Over 2 million pages were downloaded from Walkhighlands last month, with an average of over 5,000 unique visitors every day - and we've moved ahead of Outdoorsmagic and Livefortheoutdoors on the UK Alexa website rankings - so thanks to you all!!!

The problem is, what to choose. Another wild-camping with classic views from Kinley, whilst Kevsbald provided the antidote. A superb outing from bootsandpaddles on Barra. Graeme Dewar with a fine two-parter based at the Lairig Leacach bothy. Alasdair S with some stunning photography on Beinn Dearg? Doogz with a fine weather jaunt to unforgettable Sgurr na Ciche. Entrancing landscapes from DonnyW? MagicDin on Skye... or walkaboot on Islay? Soulminer on the Saddle? Malky_C exploring the hidden side of Wyvis? Suzyfloozie in Coire Lagan? The list goes on and on....

Well, the winner is Kinley's report from the Fisherfield, who becomes the first person to win walk report of the month twice - many congrats. Kinley wins £40 of vouchers courtesy of TISO.

Pic of the month? Try this stunner this from CurlyWurly on Stob Coire an Albannaich...

I thought this WAS the day job!

Seriously, another epic outing with report and pics to match. Can't argue with the result - well deserved, and as Pauls says, against a very competitive field.

Well done to Darren too for the photo of the month. Thought that was a clear fron runner the first time I saw it. Is that not the second time you've scooped that accolade Darren? 8)
