Walked these two munros (nos. 22 and 23) with Blairgowrie Walking Festival 2014. Just 4 customers but 8 of us on walk including leader Nick Coles. We were able to do this as a linear walk starting near Ski Centre in GlenShee & finishing near Spittal of Glenshee by being dropped off by minibus. Quite a rough walk underfoot with rocky summit of Creag Leacach and other tops on the way down. Weather started of very grey and quite a cold wind but improved through the day with good view back to where we had been! Due to hotel at Spittal having been destroyed by fire a month ago we had refreshements at Glen Isla hotel before returning to Blairgowrie by 17.30. Back home by 16.45.
