As a medical man, I think I'd downgrade the diagnosis to "pleasantly potty", in the full knowledge that it's highly contagious, and we've all got it to a degree, whether just as carriers and or as full blown sufferers..

Maybe you'd have felt a little better if you hadn't had that "paste" for your tea...

Well done on yet another marathon hill trip. You certainly push yourself to the limit but you are always cheerful with it! Love the two photos of Loch Ossian - that must make it all worth-while.

Wow, that's another long walk/big ascent to be carrying a heavy pack over. I'm impressed! I love the idea of camping in the middle of nowhere, but don't much like the idea of lugging gear there and back. It's bad enough flogging up a steep climb at the end of a long day with only a few kgs on one's back...

My bag is usually between 14-15 kilos when I start and have all the food and water with me and goes down to 12 kilos at the end (which is a much better weight)
