My knee's are on fire as I write this! MWIS predicted best weather in the east Snowdon range so we headed for the Carnedds. Nice to see plenty of parking spaces and without parking meters! Nice one! Pen yr Ole Wen was first up, geez that's some tough loose scree to get up. Although SMRussell made light stuff of it! Straight on to Carnedd Dafydd, then Carnedd Llewelyn. Diversion to Yr Elen and retraced route before heading off to Pen yr Helgi Du. Some scrambling here. Down and up and hit Pen Llithrig y Wrach before heading back to car. The sight of the ridges up to Trfyan and back down toward Bristly Ridge have put the fear of God into me!
