Route description: Beinn Mheadhoin via the Shelter Stone

Munros included on this walk: Beinn Mheadhoin

Date walked: 18/10/2014

Time taken: 9 hours

Distance: 20 km

Ascent: 1600m

A wet, windy, wild and wickedly funny day out with Gill C. :D

An eventful adventure over to Mheadhoin via the not very sheltering stone :shock:

And then dropping down northeast from the summit, a wee cheeky wade across the Loch Avon outlet and up to the Saddle and eventually up to Cairn Gorm for number 130 for Gill.

A longish day but definitely one I would repeat especially with such fabulous company :D :D

Cracking walk Tommy, although a lot of it was sideways!

Yeah eventually figured out how to get the photos on- I am an eejit!
