A cracking day on the Lochearnhead Corbetts. I followed the WH route description, with some early nav help from other reports here. I don't need to add more, this walk is well covered, I'll let the photos do the talking :D

Thanks! These hills were way above my expectations. It was an excellent location for viewing the surrounding Munro's, and the unexpected November clear blue sky and strong sunshine helped too! :D

Good stuff, glad you got a good day for them. The main thing i remember when i did them was the problems i had crossing the stream, oh yeah and the lack of views i got.

Thankfully the stream wasn't a problem! I got a real soaking last weekend heading for Glas Tulaichean, I missed the path onto the old railway and instead followed the ford across Glen Lochsie Burn in full spate. Having made that mistake meant I had to cross again to get back on path ... proper waist deep drenching lol.

Thses 2 Corbetts were a much nicer day ... and glorious views

Great day for it - lets you get the best of the views though I'd agree it can be tricky getting to the main path to the hill  Some nice shots esp the one of the sun rising between Ben Vorlich and Stuc a Chroin - cheers :)

Your report was a great help finding the path. I remembered your advice and photograph about taking the left gate before the first bridge. Unfortunately I'd forgotten about the second gate and the bridge I did want to cross  ...

Image

But i quickly realised my mistake after I'd gone under the bridge and did a quick double back
