A genuinely awesome report, As I've walked several of the hills along the easy routes on good summer days I'm full of admiration for what you all achieved - but guess I'm too much of a feartie to try anything like it

What a good idea to hire a guide and have a great time knowing a pro is near and anxiety kept at bay.

What a saga! I have to admit to being pretty envious of the snow you had - for various left-field reasons I've only had one real day in the snow this year . And that last day looks like it was absolutely fabulous!

Yes, that final day was a perfect one. We’re back up in Torridon at the moment, the snow has pretty much disappeared but the wind and rain are ever present...much like your recent week it seems
