As the weather forecast was promising for wednesday for most of areas in Scotland I was looking forward to go to the West...Prepared for sunny day, counted estimate driving and walking time I decided for the Cgeag Meagaidh circuit...it was in my to-do list for a long time, but mostly the weather there was not good...Finally i felt the chance to conquer these Mountains. I woke up at 02:15 am and headed to north-west via Perth and A9. I got there early morning shortly after 06:00 ( car park was empty ) and then started my walk at 06:23 am. Sky looked clear, not wind and without any snow on beginning...

I really love it !!! :D I know it was my last walk in this winter time as spring is comming in a few days, but we will still enjoy the winter condition in the mountains probably until June... I wish all of you great spring time in the mountains, stay safe always and maybe see you in the hills some day - some of you

Yeeeaaahhh excellent photos in nice clear weather!
Looked like you could have used a sleigh on the way down that steep icy snow bit.... :)

Love the shot from the stream towards the mountains, at the end

I can almost smell the fresh air.

Thanks for sharing Petr.

Thanks :) Glad that it's useful for you & hope it will help you for your sunday's trip.
The snow condition is mixed, you will find softer and also icy places...even it was hard icy snow mostly, in this weather is melting...slowly. Enjoy & keep safe !

Vyborne, Petre! Coire Ardair je krasna dolina, a je tam hezke pleso (I'm guessing you and Milan are both Czech?)

Really beautiful conditions for that circuit. Well done for managing that descent from the Window on the snow. What a great day!

You are guessing well
It was really a great day, happy for the weather condition as i planned to go there many times before, but the weather was not good for making photos...until now...finally ! :D 8) :)
I did read your report from your holiday there...well done !! Big trips with a lot of mountains
Take care and many more great memories from the beautiful mountains...
