Great view to Etive and Glencoe from Creise

First ascent done, over this plateau now to climb Meall a'Bhuiridh. Some boggy places here, but fortunately frozen. Creise is visible ahead.

After short time on the summit, I met Ricky and his dog Solo. He is also hillwalker and member of WH as I found out later. We decided to continue together on the walk to Creise.

Ještě dvě dobré hory s nádhernými pohledy, Petře!

It's nice to see that you met Ricky and Solo, and that they got to those summits this time. Did Ricky tell you about his attempt on these hills in August with two companions, when severe weather caused them to turn back? Those two other walkers were my friend Jimmy and me.

Looks like a great day. Planning these two along with the Black Mount pair in a Clachlet Traverse next month! 8)

Thank you Simon :) After the trip we did another one together with Ricky and Solo in the the Grey Corries area later in november 2014 - report coming soon :wink:

It was great sunny - freezy - clear day 8) :D I wish you good weather condition for your trip there next month. I am planning to do the two at Black Mount ( from Victoria Bridghe ) soon...not done yet :wink:

A better route up Creise is up Sron na Creise and come down from Meall a' Bhuiridh to the ski centre. I find going up and down from the ski centre a bit depressing. - But I've only done it when no snow was around.
