Read the post then did the walk, yesterday -19/9/17, with my mate Stuart in perfect sunny conditions. Brilliant day out. Superb views and a decent day's walk.

To return to the car park at Polldubh stay just to the left (west) of the new deer fence coming off Mullach nan Coirean, passing new built styles on the way. Follow the fence until you reach the style on the corner where it meets the forest, and you are right at the entrance to the path through it, back down to the forestry road and eventually the car park. Forestry works at the moment mean there is a signposted diversion along the forestry road. The signpost has a map display clearly showing the detour with directions.

Thanks for the post, route and comments; much appreciated. DD

Thanks for your comment, really glad that it helped :) These are great hills to climb, especially in dry conditions...and some nice ascent too
