Following on from Mayar and Dreish I drove over to Aviemore, had a bite to eat and a walk on the beach at Loch Morlich and then drove down to Newtonmore and parked up for the night. Wee sleep in the car, clear skies and hunners of stars , and walking for 6am. Cracking walk this but feels like a loooong time before you hit the first summit. Great feeling of isolation and remoteness too considering how close it is to Newtonmore and the A9. Weather was perfect all day, loved it :D
