Nice and clear up to and beyond the junction where we skipped off to the left under Beinn Ghlas.
Thickening snow, all around until knee deep,
Streams of people soldiering up
Visibility closed down completely,
Winds howling at the bealach and up to the top,
Wind chill at the top - minus 14degrees,,Wind speed, FAST!!!!
Slithered our way back down to party party, Well done ALL!

RTC wrote:Well done to John. Went up Ben Hope with him 3 years ago. May be wrong but I think it was only his 50th Munro so he's had a busy 3 years.
It was my 50th Russel, looking forward to going back and getting some views, what a day that was rained from start to finish
Hope your keeping well.
Thanks for the good wishes folks, great day despite the weather.
Wullie think they were more pleased to meet you.
