You just whetted my appetite for Gillean, Can't wait to scramble up there. Had it in mind last year, but never got around to visiting Skye.

Good luck on the final hurdle, may weather gods be kind to you on Sgrioll :D :D :D

Nice one, BC, and all the best for your compleation on 20 June - one of these days I'll get to one of these walks but will be away on a family holiday that week - cheers :)

Great report with some scary photos in there, you're brave to tackle this on your own.

I don't mind the odd scramble, the thing that would worry me is the weather closing in and not being able to see where I need to go/be. Looks like you had great weather though, perfect.

Good luck on your completion, I'm sure it will be an emotional day :)

As someone who probably won't manage some of these I love your detailed descriptions (makes you feel you've been) and your photos are gorgeous too. Sgritheall is a great one to finish on - all the best for the 20th! :D

Great report Seana, and good effort on your own   Some cracking photographs there, I must try it from that direction sometime. I remember Muriel Grey on the Munro Show suggesting that was far from an easy ascent, in fact I think she described it as airy and hairy   Sorry I will not make your Compleation as I have volunteered to assist The Carn Dearg Club with work on their new Clubhouse in Glen Doll, I hope the sun shines on you all, Enjoy! :D

I wish I had started doing reports at the very beginning, so I could look back and laugh at my inexperience, but thats the joy of hindsight 8)

A fine effort, BC. Could almost sense your "reluctance" from the report at being another step closer to the end* of this particular adventure.

Best of luck for the last one and sincerely hope you get the weather to befit the occasion ... mainly because we'll be across the loch from you in Knoydart and also basking in the warm glow!

*I'm sure it's not the end.
