Kirriereoch Cottage – Nick of Carnach – Shaloch on Minnoch – Nick of Carnach – Tarfessock – Tarfessock South Top – Kirriereoch Hill – Kirriereoch Cottage

Done as per SMC Grahams and Donalds book p.22, with tweak at finish of joining the outward route at forest track end rather than a plod through the forest itself. Tough day, windswept ridge, tempertures down to -5 on the tops and much of the walk on soft ground and bog. With hindsight, the car could probably have been driven to the forest track end. This would shorten the walk considerably. As would the use of a bike.
