Depart Morvich NTS about 0850 with fellow Thistle Camper/volunteer Jenny who was wanting to climb her 1st Munro. Weather sunny and mild we park near Cluanie Inn next Copse forestry. Gradual climb ridge 1-1/2 hrs to Am Bathach. I found the going ok but definite need more exercise as Jenny waited for me. Took pics her camera then we northwards descend to bealach and stiff climb up to ridge of Munro. Wide expanse early on but then ridge narrowed and eyes very much watch the path ahead. Eventually arrive summit. 1 other man already there. Jenny very pleased her 1st Corbett and 1st Munro. We had lunch took pics on the sunny but breezy cold summit. Excellent views of many mountains snow capped. Descend to near bealach but down a spur to glen and cross burn up onto track with further 3kms walk back to road and car.
